SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY:

Cube Devices will endeavor to dispatch Products by the designated date agreed upon with the Customer. However, we cannot be held accountable for our inability to deliver within the stipulated timeframe due to uncontrollable factors, such as shipping companies or lead times from manufacturers. Should a delay be anticipated, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the Customer of the circumstances. In the event that a customer is a Consumer, they reserve the right to cancel their order if they are notified of a delay and the revised delivery date is not satisfactory.

  • Customers are required to be able to accept the Products when they are ready for delivery within Normal Working Hours.

  • Cube Devices does not hold liability for any shortages or damage to deliveries unless the Customer notifies of the shortage or damage in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. Consumers should notify shortages or damage within a reasonable period of becoming aware.

  • Once the Products are delivered to the Designated Carrier, they become the Customer's responsibility. If the Customer is unable to accept delivery or provide proper instructions, documents, or authorizations for the Products to be dispatched on time, the risk of loss or damage due to negligence will pass to the Customer upon signing the proof of delivery. At this point, the Products will be considered delivered, and the Customer will be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with storing the Products until delivery.

  • Upon delivery of the Products, the Customer will be asked to sign a proof of delivery to acknowledge safe receipt. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note. Where a discrepancy occurs or where there is evident damage to the packaging, this should be noted on the proof of delivery without amendment.

  • For any reason if the customer is not able to receive the units. The following actions can be taken:

    1. We will store and secure the products, but it will be at the customer's expense and risk.

    2. Sell the Products at the best price reasonably obtainable and (after deducting reasonable storage insurance and selling costs

    3. Re-arrange delivery, provided that may charge the Customer for the additional delivery costs incurred.
