RETURN POLICY
This paper delineates our policies in all such circumstances. It is essential to recognize the distinction between Business Customers and Consumers. Refer to the terms enumerated below.
Any anomalies between your order and the goods must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Customers may arrange the return shipment to us within 14 days of the product's delivery. The merchandise must be unused and returned to us in a resalable condition, including all accessories and packaging, within fourteen days of the purchaser signing for the goods.
Conditions- "Business Customer" refers to a client not classified as a consumer.
- "Consumer" refers to an individual acting outside the scope of their company or profession.
To cancel a web order, a consumer or business account must e-mail us the order reference number or PO number before shipping to avoid charges; otherwise, a re-stocking fee of 25% will be incurred.
If the item has already been dispatched, the most prudent action is to refrain from opening the cargo upon arrival. Kindly ensure that your item is adequately re-packaged, ideally utilizing the original outer packaging; otherwise, a re-stocking fee of 25% may be imposed.
You must arrange and finance the return shipment and procure insurance to cover loss or damage to the products during transit; otherwise, the blame for missing goods will rest with you.
All orders dispatched directly from manufacturers are irrevocable and non-returnable.
Conditions for Non-Faulty ReturnsInitial state:
Accessories, manuals, software, and warranties must be enclosed in their original packaging and remain unharmed. Re-package the items/items securely in the same manner they were received.
Defective Products Covered under Warranty
If you encounter a defect, please submit an RMA request by accepting the terms and conditions below. Please include our order number, the purchase date, and the serial number of the defective item. Upon verification that the defective product remains under warranty, one of our engineers will attempt to address your issue telephonically or through remote access.
An RMA number will be generated if the issue continues, and you must adhere to our usual RMA protocol. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will assess and rectify the problem. If the item is irreparable, we will dispatch a replacement. Replacement hardware may be either new or refurbished to a condition equivalent to new and must meet identical or equivalent specifications.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure:- Kindly submit an RMA request by consenting to the terms and circumstances outlined below. This is necessary for the return of all objects to CD, irrespective of the reason for the return.
- Items must be returned in their original state. All accessories, manuals, software, and warranties must be enclosed in their original packaging and remain unharmed.
- Upon receiving your RMA number, meticulously re-package the items as they were initially sent to you, preferably within the original outer box. A re-stocking fee of 25% may be imposed if the original packaging is marked or damaged in any manner.
- Refrain from inscribing directly on the original box or packaging.
- Ensure the RMA number is prominently displayed on the package's exterior; please do so to avoid non-acceptance of the product.
- Affix a label to display our complete address on the shipment's exterior prominently.
- Upon receipt and testing of the items, we will dispatch the replacement item to you within 10 days of receiving the defective item.
- For brand-new products with damaged box or missing accessories a restocking fee of 50% will be applied.
- Any anomalies between your purchase order and the actual goods must be reported within two days of receipt.
The subsequent reasons may nullify the hardware replacement:
The item is not defective, according to the information provided on the RMA form. The item has been altered or is physically impaired. Inappropriate software is being installed.
Cube Devices retains the authority to impose a 50% re-stocking fee in the following circumstances:
- There is damage to the original box.
- Components or accessories are absent.
